Gary Perkins is an accredited mediator specialising in financial matters for both individuals and businesses. With many years of experience, he works with clients who are facing complex, often stressful situations and helps them reach fair and practical resolutions without unnecessary conflict.

 

Gary’s approach is calm, balanced, and focused on outcomes. He understands that financial disputes can be emotionally charged and time-consuming, particularly when court action is involved. In many cases, legal proceedings can take up to 18 months to be heard and come with significant cost and stress. Mediation offers a more efficient, constructive alternative, allowing all parties to be heard while working towards a mutually acceptable solution.

 

In addition to mediation, Gary also provides support for clients dealing with debt-related issues. This includes working with individuals and businesses who owe money or are owed money, negotiating with banks and mortgage lenders, and arranging payment plans with HM Revenue & Customs.

 

This work is separate from mediation but benefits from the same measured, practical approach. Gary believes that effective resolution does not need to be confrontational or complicated. His focus is on clear communication, fairness, and helping clients move forward with confidence.
